James Wen Fully Supports Hi-Life Change Donation

TFRD partnered with Hi-Life for the first time to promote Hi-Life Small Change Donation. James Wen, a famous actor in Taiwan, was invited to be the charity ambassador to call on the public to donate their small change at Hi-Life stores nationwide from October 13, 2021 to January 11, 2022 to support the Comprehensive Care for Rare Patients Program, which was expected to raise over NT$3 million and help 150 families with rare diseases.

In this public service video, James Wen together with Yu-ting (an Angelman Syndrome sufferer) and Bing-huan (a Prader-Willi Syndrome patient) presented the daily life of a family with rare disease from the first perspective. "The struggles in life and medical care for families with rare diseases are much more challenging than you and I can ever imagine. I sincerely hope everyone can give them a hand to move on,” emotionally said Mr. Wen.

During the campaign period, Hi-Life stores with TVs will broadcast charity videos from time to time. At the same time, print advertisements can also be seen on bus exteriors across Taiwan and on the exteriors of taxicabs of the Great Taipei Taxi. TFRD cordially invites everyone to join us.
