Lifeline Support

In 2010, we launched the “Lifeline Support Service,” installing Personal Emergency Response Systems for patients who live alone or stay at home by themselves during the day. Through partnerships with professional service providers, 24-hour emergency response and medical referral services are available to ensure that patients receive timely and immediate assistance in the event of an emergency. In addition, home visits are conducted every two months to provide ongoing care and support.

In 2025, a total of 27 patients were served. Since 2010 to now, it has provided services to 297 patient attendances, with cumulative subsidies reaching NT$3,924,878.
