The donation currency must be New Taiwanese Dollar (NTD) .  
Please make sure to fax the signed and completed form to us+886-2-2567-3560, or mail it to the address below:

For confirmation, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone upon receipt of your Credit Card Donation Authorization Form.

Donate by Wire Transfer

Starting from June 2010, the donation can be made by wire transfer! To make an international wire transfer donation,
 you will need all the following bank information.
