Today, the achievements and footprints of Taiwan's rare disease services are prestigious around the world, making it a model country in terms of rare disease services.
"Each social education worker has contributed his or her time and efforts in respective fields to bring about an extraordinary career in social education. To have you in Taiwan is a blessing, thank you," said Minister Pan Wen-chung on that day. We also thank Prof. Tseng for his years of dedication to the prevention and treatment of rare diseases and the extension of services.
