Cathay Pacific Celebrate Christmas with Children

On December 18, Cathay Pacific, the Children Are Us Foundation and the children’s show hosts from the MOMO family, brought Christmas Gingerbread House to celebrate Christmas with Rare Disease Children and Intellectual development disorders.t Everyone spent a special Christmas together.

In the past, the Cathay Pacific and the Children Are Us Foundation always sent love to underprivileged groups in need on Christmas Eve. This year they chose to visit TFRD. In order to welcome the guests, TFRD specially arranged the Heavenly Melody Chorus to sing for guests. Mrs. Serena C. Wu, the founder of TFRD said: “We want to thank Cathay Pacific and the Children Are Us Foundation. Christmas is just like New Year in Taiwan. It’s an important moment for every to gather together and share the interesting things in life. Cathay Pacific has meticulous arranged for  children’s’ favorite MOMO family hosts  to visit, every kid was surprised to get in touch with their idols. At the same time, they also bring the gingerbread house to soak in festive atmosphere for everyone.”

We would also like to thank Mrs. Wu, families of patients with Niemann-Pick disease, and her sisters who volunteered and helped organize the activity.
