CMUH Donated Supplies

Last year, China Medical University Hospital (CMUH) not only donated charity materials, but also initiated a rare disease art exhibition for the public to see the extraordinary vitality of patients with rare diseases.

This year, CMUH Vice Associate Dean Li-Huei once again launched a caring activity by visiting the TFRD Central Office on June 15 with her colleagues to make donations in person. Donations were mostly made to patients using medical supplies for a long time, living alone, and whose families have limited financial resources. Contents of the donation included rehabilitation pants, diapers, nursing pads, baby diapers, adult diapers, etc. A total of more than 32 boxes were donated, benefiting 23 patients. A patient with cerebellar atrophy, also invited to attend the event, said that the donation goods can really alleviate the burden and worries of living.

TFRD would like once again to thank Associate Dean Yang for raising funds to reduce the financial burden of the families with RD patients. Special thanks to CMUH, CMUH Corporate Volunteer Team, CMUH Volunteer Team, and Taichung Sharing Care Association.
