Clear Voice & Heavenly Melody Choir Sing Together

The 18-year-old Clear Voice Chorus, made up by singing lovers working in the Control Yuan and their relatives or friends, has been organizing concerts for the past ten years. This year, TFRD's Heavenly Melody Choir - Northern Beauties Chorus was invited to jointly perform on April 24.

The concert was started by the Clear Voice Chorus, which presented 14 classic songs in Chinese, Taiwanese, Hakka, English, and Japanese. The 11 members of Northern Beauties Chorus brought five songs, including Danny Boy, Over The Rainbow, Blue And White Porcelain, I Believe In Springtime, and Deep Peace. The young and clear voices sang out the purity and hope of life. For the finale, the two groups sang the chorus of Happy Paradise. The audience beat along with the rhythm, which was indeed a very warm scene. In the end, the Control Yuan Charity Club presented a bouquet of sunflowers to thank us for our participation in the concert, and donated NT$25,000 to TFRD. A musical feast with both art and charity finally came to a perfect end.
