Rare Disease Kids Paintings Brighten up Ronald McDonald House

Paintings made by rare disease children have brightened up Ronald McDonald House accommodations aimed at providing emotional and physical comfort and support to families with rare disease kids.

The decorations that took place at the first and second floors of the House accommodations were the result of cooperation between the Ronald McDonald Charities and the Rare Disease Foundation this year.

A total of 20 colorful paintings were picked by Ronald McDonald Charity House from 16 rare disease kids.

The Ronald McDonald House‘s “Home Away From Home” initiative provides accommodation and other resources to disadvantaged kids and their parents to reduce burdens as they frequently travel between hospitals and homes.

The Rare Disease Foundation urged the general public and businesses to provide similar opportunities to rare disease patients to help them demonstrate their painting and singing talents.
